Ed HealyED HEALY, CEO

Ed Healy has over thirty years of senior leadership experience in accelerating the growth of market leading technology companies. Before joining RF Code Mr. Healy co-founded and served as the CEO of Acertus Technologies, where he developed the company’s business strategy and strengthened its investor presence before its acquisition by MediaTek in 2009. Post-acquisition, Mr. Healy served and continues to serve as Senior Advisor to the Chairman of MediaTek. Prior to Acertus Technologies, Mr. Healy served as CEO at Cubic Wafer, as Vice President and General Manager of the Wireless Division at Silicon Laboratories, and in marketing and management positions at technology specialists Cirrus Logic, Zilog and GEC Plessey Semiconductors. Mr. Healy holds a number of academic degrees including a Masters degree in Management from Stanford University, an MBA from Santa Clara University, an MSEE from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He also holds three patents, and is an author and contributor to numerous professional journals, conferences and panels. 


Carol Ray

CAROL RAY, CFO

Carol Ray joined RF Code as chief financial officer in 2007. She is an experienced corporate finance and operations executive with over 25 years of technology sector expertise in accounting, investor relations, legal compliance, human resources and facilities management. Ms. Ray joined RF Code from American Power Conversion, (Nasdaq: APCC), a leading global provider of high availability systems for network-critical physical infrastructure (NCPI), where she led the financial operations for the NetBotz product line. She has an extensive background in managing the challenges of high-growth technology companies and has successfully led finance and administration teams for companies such as Tonic Software, Question Technologies, Ventix Systems, and AltaVista Internet Software. In addition, Ms. Ray spent 14 years with Digital Equipment Corporation in senior financial positions managing U.S. sales operations, database software and the AltaVista Search Engine Division prior to the company being acquired by Compaq in 1998. Ms. Ray earned an M.B.A. degree from the University of Dallas and a B.S. degree in Business from the University of Texas at Dallas.


Chris GaskinsCHRIS GASKINS, Vice President of Product Development

Chris Gaskins joined RF Code as vice president of product development in 2007. He is an experienced technology development executive with over 17 years in the information technology sector. Mr. Gaskins joined RF Code from American Power Conversion, (Nasdaq: APCC), a leading global provider of high availability systems for network-critical physical infrastructure. At APC, he was responsible for the Security and Environmental Product Line which included product management, product marketing, and engineering. Previously, he served as director of service and support at NetBotz, Inc., a leader in IP-based environmental and video monitoring solutions, where he was responsible for building, leading and managing a worldwide service and support team. Mr. Gaskins was formerly vice president of worldwide development at AppGate Inc., a VPN software company, where he was responsible for building, leading and managing a worldwide software engineering organization with additional responsibilities for customer support and product management. Over the previous 12 years, he served in various engineering, development and product management roles with Tivoli Systems and IBM. Mr. Gaskins earned a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Berry College.


Chad Riseling

CHAD RISELING, Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Joining RF Code in 2009, Chad Riseling brings close to 20 years of experience in national and global sales management selling into IT organizations, including the data center. Previously, Mr. Riseling served as vice president, Sales, Western Region, for APC by Schneider Electric, where he led an organization of 130 people consisting of enterprise, channel and sales engineering teams responsible for $250million in annual sales.  Before that, he was Global Director of Business Development at APC, where he established and grew a base of global distribution and channel partners by 50 percent to sell the company’s NetBotz monitoring products. Before his tenure at APC, Riseling was vice president and general manager, Southern Region and Latin America for NetBotz, which was acquired by APC in October, 2005. Other previous experience included positions at epicRealm Inc. and Micrografx, where he held senior level positions at both these Texas-based companies. Mr. Riseling earned a bachelor’s degree in business from California State University, Fullerton and a master’s degree in business from Pepperdine University.


Chad RiselingRICHARD JENKINS, Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships Richard Jenkins joined RF Code in 2012 and brings over 21 years of management and international marketing of small and large IT, media and investment organizations. Prior to joining RF Code, Jenkins was instrumental in the launch and growth of a number of IT, cleantech and media organizations while CEO of Performedia International. From 2007, he served as Senior Vice President of an international cleantech investment firm, Kyoto Planet, where he launched a publishing company, built an international network of business, political and science leaders, and led the company’s business development group. Prior to this, Jenkins held the position of Vice President International Development at Corporate Radar (later acquired by Microsoft) after developing the global business partner marketing strategy for Crystal Decisions and Business Objects. Jenkins also spent four years setting up the IBM/Tivoli partner channels in EMEA and Asia Pacific during which time he led the launch of new mid-market products achieving 179% of targets in the first two years. He then moved to Austin, TX, to manage global partner marketing. In 1995, Jenkins launched an IT consulting organization in the UK which was later acquired by GE Capital IT Solutions. Jenkins has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, the US and Canada.
